1. Download
We highly recommend to download the app AND tour content (audio, maps and images) in advance, over reliable wifi or cellular signal.
There’s no time limit or expiry in which to use the tours.
No data connection is required while touring.
2. Sign-In To The App
Use your Apple or Google Play account email, listed on your receipt, to sign-in.
iPhones – Sign in with Apple OR Google
Android Devices – Sign in with Google
Your tours will appear in the My Tours tab.
Don’t see them? Ensure you are signed in with the correct account email (tap Profile). Sign out and sign in again, if required, or check the Help menu – My Account & Tours section for more details.
3. Open The Tour
From the My Tours tab, download the tour content or tap open.
Read the Highlights, Where the Tour Starts, Top Tips & Itinerary Tour Plan sections.
Watch our video for tips on how you should connect your phone and vehicle for sound.
Don’t connect your phone to the in-built USB port of the vehicle.
Instead use a USB/C adapter plug into the auxiliary power outlet (cigarette lighter) for charging.
